Your content and generated media

Everything you create with Masno AI — slides, reports, images, videos, brand kits and websites — belongs to you, the customer. We claim no ownership of your uploads or of media generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and what you publish do not infringe the rights of others or local law.

Domains held on your behalf

Domains are registered through our Cloudflare account on your behalf (an agency model): you are the beneficial owner, we are the registrant of record. Registrations and renewals are charged in USD at wholesale plus a stated margin. Renewals and transfers are currently handled by our team via the registrar dashboard; we act only on your instruction and confirm every change by WhatsApp or SMS. You may transfer your domain out at any time.

Prepaid credits and plans

Plans are prepaid 30-day periods and credits are a prepaid usage balance — they are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash. Unused period credits roll over once; credit pack credits do not expire. Failed jobs refund their credits automatically. Payment reversals by your mobile-money operator are debited back from your balance.
